We gather as much information from clients before each event to ensure we are fully prepared to cover special dietary needs.
As a professional trained team we ensure that our staff are knowledgeable on ingredients within dishes so that they are capable of advising customers appropriately.
Where required we will provide certified halal meat, as well as a range of suitable dishes to accommodate religion, culture or medical need, in addition to vegetarian and vegan diets.
